The staff at Happy Tails are always professional, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I’ve been going to the vets at Happy Tails for the last 13 years and I’m lucky to have found them.

The health of the four dogs I have fostered always remains my priority. I am continuously ensuring they follow a healthy diet and have ample exercises. And whenever they are faced with the need of medical care, it’s always Happy Tails for them. The best of facilities and always are reasonable, always suggesting what works best without force-fitting anything on me. So if they are on ‘home cooked food’, they only suggest better ingredients or alternatives and never an expensive pet food. The doctors put in a genuine effort to cater to the needs of particular dogs and a touch of personal care by remembering their medical history shows the dedication they have to their patients.

I have known Happy Tails for the last 7-8 years and have always felt very confident that my pet , Zoe , will be looked after very well . We are so happy that Happy Tails now has a 24 hour inpatient Facility, that was long needed in the city of Mumbai . We were adopted by our pet kitten Halley! She was a stray, so we got into the process of check ups and vaccines. This is our first pet and a friend suggested we take her to Happy Tails. From the first meeting the doctors at Happy Tails ensured comfort, with their interaction with Halley. When we got the routine blood tests done for Halley as a part of prep to spay her, it was found that her liver function test were ridiculously high. The path of treatment and medication given by the doctors here were perfect and ensured speedy recovery and we had Halley back to her normal antics in no time.
